Fernando Cunillé, Lawyer
Fernando is a lawyer with over 35 years of experience in the corporate legal sector, intellectual property, immigration, and banking. He has advised a variety of companies in sectors such as oil and gas, finance, pharmaceuticals, real estate, and IT, among others. He worked for over 13 years in various banks and since 2000 has been an active founding partner of the law firm "Asesoría Legal y Consultoría Especializada, S.C.".
Gerwin Specka, PhD, MBA
Gerwin has over 30 years of practical experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry. He worked with renown internationalcompanies in Germany, Mexico, China, USA and Switzerland in positions as General Manager, Vice President and Senior Vice President. Gerwin´s specialty is the turnaround of organizations into profitability.
Enrique Toussaint, MBA
Enrique has an Undergraduate and Master Degree in Business Administration, specialized on: Marketing/Financial/Corporate Strategies.
He is well experienced for more than 20 years on Entrepreneurship and as specialized advisor for Boards and Family business/Corporate Governance.
